Are my personal details given to Rhythmscape protected?
Information supplied to Rhythmscape will not be shared or distributed willingly to any person or organisation outside Rhythmscape Publishing. Personal details supplied to Rhythmscape will only be used for activities directly related to Rhythmscape.
Rhythmscape will make every effort to respond within seven (7) days to a request for a Rhythmscape contact to be removed from the Rhythmscape contact list. In communications, Rhythmscape will take due care to identify itself clearly and offer clear methods of communication and contact back to Rhythmscape via email or other means.
Rhythmscape does not use address harvesting software nor support bulk electronic SPAM messaging.

What should I know when ordering from the Rhythmscape site?
Firstly, all prices listed on the Rhythmscape site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and depending on where you are in the world, this may mean you are buying in a foreign currency. The final purchase cost for international orders will be calculated using the exchange rate at the time of sale. Please refer to your local exchanges for daily rates.
Rhythmscape strives to achieve same-day order processing. All orders processed by Rhythmscape are sent using domestic mail services and/or Air Mail for non-domestic orders. Whilst we strive to deliver all orders in a timely manner, Rhythmscape takes no responsibility for delays or losses as a result of failings by domestic or international mail services. Should you have any special delivery requirements, please contact Rhythmscape and we will do our best to assist.

What happens if I have made the wrong selection in my order?
The Rhythmscape site is designed to give you as much information as possible to assist you in making the correct selection. You can even contact us with your requirements and one of our team will help you. If required we will refer you to another publisher or retail store if this means you find what it is you need. If you make a purchase from our catalog and are not completely satisfied we will gladly exchange the product or offer a refund once the work in question is returned in good order and your account has been identified.
